Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your session. Bookings are not secured until the deposit is received.

Session Preparation

To ensure a smooth and efficient recording experience, please provide as much information as possible in advance, including instrumentation, number of musicians/vocalists, and the number of songs. Proper preparation allows us to optimize your session and save you time and money.

Session Start Time

Billing begins at the scheduled start time or when we begin setting levels and dialing in sounds—whichever occurs first.

Load-In & Setup

Clients and musicians may arrive up to one hour before the scheduled start time for load-in and setup at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least seven days before the scheduled session. 

Cancellations made less than seven days will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Data & Backups

While we do maintain an archive of session data, it is the client’s responsibility to provide a hard drive for backing up project files upon completion.
